Black Pepper (Marich)

Pepper is available in a wide range of colours and flavours.  We usually stick to the black pepper for most of our cooking, except for fish and other pale coloured dishes, when we use white pepper. Black pepper has a sharp, penetrating aroma and a characteristic woody, piney flavor. It is hot and biting to the taste.

Available both in powder and rough form.
